Judy + Mike: autumn Woodend Sanctuary wedding with lush light

Remember the frickin’ awesome save-the-date stop motion animation that Judy and Mike collaborated with me on? Ah, well their wedding day finally arrived. Hooray!

I had my trusty friend-idol-assistant Mindy Best along for the ride, holding lights and keeping me sane all the while we bounced around the hotel where the two lovebirds got dolled up.

SPARKLES!!! Sparkly shoes!!!

And Judy was just looking divine.

All veiled and ready, Judy seemed a little anxious, but excited.

So when we got them and the bridal party all together for photos, I let them take a few moments before we ran off to go photograph with their extended family–so sweet!

Some quiet moments before the family whirlwind!

And thankfully, Judy and Mike spoke up and said, “Can we do a few goofy shots?” with their wedding party. Love it!

When we got to the reception, there were fabulous Mexican Cokes ready for everyone, and cards on the tables let everyone know a micro-loan had been made in their honor.

Thoughtful little touches for friends and family.

Then everyone took a deep breath before the ceremony…

Such a perfect autumn day!
